Boxing today!

I never realized how good I could feel after 20 minutes of intense boxing.  If you got a lot on your plate it is certainly a great way to get the stresses of everyday life out.  It is hard but nothing seems to be easy the fitter I get. Thats a good thing. It makes realize the importance of continuously work at 120% no matter what.
