Focus
Trying to get that focus back I had when I started this weight loss journey in 2007. Gained some weight back over the last several months, not keeping record of my food intake, not getting on the cardio machines as much and certainly stopped running outside> i have continued to do boot camp classes at least 3 times per week. So back to really focusing on why I started this and to stop all the negative thinking about the past few months and move on. My 1st 5k of the season is fast approaching (March 20th). I started back running 3 weeks ago and feel ok but not great but I am ok with that. My weight is heading back in the direction it should. Movin on!
